Rachel Third

Hi, I’m Rachel - I’ve lived in Ruddington for many years and I first came to RBC through the children and youth groups as a young, slightly awkward teenager! The church has been family to me ever since, even at a distance when I moved away to South America for a year with BMS World Mission, then went off to university and a career in London, and finally came back to lovely Ruddington again. I’m married to Jake, we have a lively Labrador Bella who loves hiking/trail running with us, and in my day job I work at Loughborough University in fundraising. On the RBC Leadership team my area of responsibly is ministry e.g. Sunday services and small groups. I’m also the Regional Co-ordinator for the East Midlands for the Baptist Union Environment Network (BUEN) and can be found getting excited about all things ‘green’.
