At Ruddington Baptist Church we want to make sure there is a place for families to discover God and do this in a way that is comfortable for them, as we know how busy and chaotic family life can be.
We try to create an environment in which children and young people can meet with God, develop deep friendships with one another, openly ask the questions that are on their mind and find acceptance, love, care and support.
On Sunday mornings children and young people meet in age related groups so they have their own time to explore the teachings of Jesus and go on the journey for themselves. A crèche is also run for babies and toddlers with lots of toys, books and helpers to keep the little ones busy and enjoying the early years of church life.
As well as the chance to meet up on Sunday mornings, our young people (aged 10-14) meet on a Friday evening at The Hub and the 14-18 age range have a Sunday evening home group. These groups are aimed at growing together in faith whilst having a good time. Food is usually involved!
Feel free to contact Mark – our dedicated Children, Families and Youth leader – if you’d like to know more about the children and youth work that happens at Ruddington Baptist Church.
