Tony Whitton

Hi, I’m Tony and have lived in Ruddington since 2019 when Helen and I moved here on retirement. Born and brought up in West Hartlepool in the 50’s, I was fortunate to go to university and while there, met Helen, We married in 1974. We have 2 sons and 5 grandchildren. Having drifted away from God in my mid-teens, I came back to Him in my early forties and life has never been the same since – in a good way! Most of my working life was in technical sales, with a French connection and I would always encourage young people to learn a foreign language. My role as Church Secretary is largely administrative, supporting the Leadership Team and church and hopefully helping them to function well.
