The NG11 Foodbank which is based at Hope Church, Clifton and is run by the Trussell Trust. Anyone from the local area, including Ruddington, who is suffering serious hardship can be referred for a gift of 3 day’s supply of groceries. For a number of years now RBC has been supporting their work. Donations can be left in the baskets at the St Peter’s Rooms, the Hub, the Honeycomb, the Co-op and Sainsburys.
In March we are appealing for coffee, tinned tomatoes, tinned meat and strong carrier bags.
Please continue to pray for those experiencing food poverty, for the volunteers at the Foodbank and for a time when Foodbanks are no longer necessary.
